I have amazing memories of listening to Nanny Paea and Aunty Tweenie talking about Paroa and the meetings they'd attend. My Uncle Wiremu Hodges would discuss things with my Mum Angel and I when he was a trustee which got me interested in being part of Paroa Farm Trust. He encouraged me to become a Trustee and he rest, as they say, is history.

Bonny Hatami
Bonny works in Māori development, she has governance positions on a
number of predominantly Māori entities, in farming, tourism and an environmental fund.
Kathryn Gale is connected to Paroa through her Eriha whakapapa. She works at the Ngāti Pāhauwera Development Trust managing environmental projects, and is passionate about looking after the taiao, especially freshwater.
